AAPT Publications
Since 1928 the AAPT has published an annual Proceedings (now Journal) containing papers and reports presented at the annual meeting and technical sessions (including symposium). The Journals are unique in that they contain, in addition to the formal presentations, the oral and written discussions of papers presented at the technical sessions and symposia. Each member of the AAPT receives a complimentary copy of the bound journal (over 1000 pages, cost $100) every year. Old Journals in stock can be ordered by contacting the AAPT office: aapt@qwest.net

  • *Volume 74E Electronic Journal 2005

In 2004, AAPT received a record number (65) of paper submittals. The AAPT Board of Directors can only accept a limited number of papers for presentation at the Annual Meeting and publication on the hardcover journal (Volume 74). There were many more excellent paper offers and therefore the Board decided to accept an additional 11 papers for publication of the first AAPT Electronic journal which is titled Volume 74E. This journal is available on CD format only and has its own ISSN number (1553-5576). The CD is available now to all AAPT members for $25.00, and to non-members for $50.00. You can contact the AAPT office to purchase the CD.
