Both members and nonmembers are encouraged to submit technical papers to AAPT for presentation and publication. For full information on the process, please see Call for Papers.

All papers must be uploaded to the MIRA website (http://www.miracd.com/AAPT2008/) on or before August 2.

AAPT Instructions to Authors should be followed in preparing the paper.

The AAPT Board of Directors selects in October the papers to be presented at the Annual Meeting the following March. Papers for publication are selected for timeliness, originality, and technical merit based on five reviewers' assessment.

The papers for the symposium are generally solicited and published in the journal at the discretion of the Board of Directors.

Final electronic papers are due on the MIRA website before December 15 so that a CD-ROM containing all papers can be completed in time to be mailed to pre-registrants.
