News"Fatigue Cracking of Asphalt Pavements" Webinar Series
AAPT is partnering with the Asphalt Institute (AI) to host a three-part webinar series that will provide a foundational understanding of the techniques that have been developed for quantifying fatigue cracking and a comprehensive review of the laboratory tests and evaluation methods for capturing and describing fatigue cracking of asphalt mixtures. This webinar series will build upon the successful Leading Edge Workshop on fatigue cracking held at the Annual Meeting in Indianapolis, IN earlier this year. It is intended for all asphalt technologists – user agency, asphalt industry, and academic professionals.
The three-part series will be presented by AAPT members Dr. Andrew Braham (Associate Professor, University of Arkansas) and Dr. Shane Underwood (Assistant Professor, Arizona State University) on successive Thursdays starting on October 20, 2016 at 12:00 PM EDT (1600 UTC). Each webinar will be 60 minutes. Details can be found at AAPT-AI Webinar Series.
Each webinar is $75 for individuals, but the fee is waived for AAPT and AI members with a valid promo code. Group registrations are also available; please see the preceding link for details. Please also note that space is limited for the live sessions, so early registration is encouraged.
Webinars will be recorded and available for viewing after completion; a great option for those who can’t attend the live webinar. Recorded sessions are $50 for individuals, but, once again, the registration fee is waived for AAPT and AI members with a different promo code. As with the live sessions, group registrations to view recorded sessions are also available.
AAPT members should contact Eileen Soler at the AAPT office (651-293-9188 or email@example.com) to receive live and recorded session promo codes, if desired.
